All our classes are online, led by live teachers, which also upskills students in the areas of ICT. See the information below about the next taster term.
Here we’ll use Scratch/HTML (& Python with 13+ ) to explain coding and assess to ensure your child is placed at the correct level with existing students to move forward.
The taster term classes run for 7 weeks and are delivered live via Zoom on Mondays. Cost is €90 (plus a €7.50 Eventbrite fee). Upon completion of this taster term, we align students to an appropriate level to continue.
All students get exposure to Coding, Computer Science, ICT and Digital Health material. Parents can sign their children up at https://kidscoderclub.ie/booking-page/
Monday Taster Terms are run throughout the academic year, allowing new members to join at any time. These taster terms enable students to become comfortable with the platforms we use. Students are placed at the appropriate level upon completion of their Taster Term.
The online classes will be run via Zoom. All classes are 55 minutes long. Children will be able to see and hear us! Class materials for members are based on our structured core curriculum, featuring an incremental and progressive lesson plan.
